Mission / Missions (How to Build Cathedrals): The floor is lined with close to 600 000 coins and surrounded with 80 tiles, with a string of 900 communion wafers in its center. At the sculpture's top, a metal cover supports 2200 hanging bones. A black veil that evokes baroque theatricality surrounds the installation. It represents one of Brazil's historical equations, in which spiritual and material powers align and result in tragedy.
